We are thrilled to announce that our new website is now Live! We invite you to visit us at aafzal.net.

“aafzal.net” is the official website of the Sensors & Diagnostics (S&D) research group led by Prof. Dr. Adeel Afzal FRSC (PI). S&D Lab is located at the premises of the School of Chemistry, University of the Punjab, Lahore, PK. The School of Chemistry (PUSC) was established almost a century ago in June 1923 under the name of the “University Chemical Laboratories” at University of the Punjab – also, one of the oldest universities in the subcontinent.

The official S&D Lab website is easy to navigate and provides comprehensive information about our research endeavors and outcomes. In addition, our research interests, publications, and other valuable resources are more readily available to the students of PUSC in particular, and other students/researchers around the globe in general.

The students of PUSC will also be able to learn more about our research and find extensive information about the courses taught (by PI) enabling them to grasp different aspects of science including general and inorganic chemistry, electrochemistry, chemical sensor technologies, biomolecular diagnostics, etc.

The website is expected to be continuously updated with new research activities, projects, accomplishments, opportunities, courses, assignments, sample papers, relevant resources, and last but not least, some ‘non-science’ blogs. So, stay tuned to find out more.
